Enhance Replicate to pass Query Tags to ODBC connection for Snowflake endpoints (on a per task basis)

Would like Replicate to have the ability to pass Query Tags to ODBC connection in Snowflake. This would allow for Query History to be reviewed and aggregated by the Replicate Task name. This would help identify task performance issues.
