Automatic Space Assignment

it would be a real timer saver if one could set up rules to which spaces a new user gets access automatically. currently this is a manual task that needs to be done on a regular basis (remembering who was already a user and who is new, there is no "new user" indicator) then pick the new users and give them access to a few spaces.
