Hello,
there is a fundamental error in your interpretation of the ordering of the columns.
The columns are actually ordered.
You have to add up the whole description "A" of each group (in "Mix", "Continent", "Country" and in "Client").
If you wish and you want to try your hand in Italian (!!), here you will find all the description and a way to allow users to sort the columns in the Pivot;

Hi @JPT , thank you for submitting. The pivot table sorting is working as designed and you are able to further order your columns using the information from @Marcoimp . As I think we could help further with this I suggest resubmitting as a problem in the Qlik Sense App Development Forum where community users can help you get the proper sorting for your customer.
