    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now that you have moved to only supporting each version of Qlikview for 2 years, this means that we are having to perform a full upgrade every year. This is because there are only 2 versions supported at any time, and we need several months to test and rollout an upgrade.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is hugely inconvenient for us as we have to upgrade multiple environments with multiple clustered tiers and takes a lot resource to upgrade and test.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A 2 year support lifecycle for a product that is only released every year is also significantly different to other similar software. Can you reconsider this policy and revert to supporting versions for 3 years as you did before 12.50, or at least offer some form of extended support?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
