we need something integrated on this, third party tools can manage only up to a certain degree... e.g. Ginqo or others don't fully support new features

Apologies for promoting my product here, but a major feature of QSDA Pro is auditing for broken stuff like this. I believe detecting some broken relationships on the fly could be baked into Qlik, but I think there always be need for an integrity auditing tool.
