Button navigation: go to App overview

New navigation target for the button, as per title.

It's not that hard to go to overview using the normal UI, but still, same could be said about sheet navigation. And having a button to go to overview could be quite useful for certain type of welcome sheets (basically, "app overview is fine, but we still want users to see this bit of info first, then be able to go to overview as simply as possible")

This can be done now by specifying a link as navigation target, but it has problems:

It reloads the entire page, so it takes a long time compared to clicking "App overview" from the menu
It will break when the app is deployed to a different environment
