Dynamic line styling (e.g. solid line: actual values; dotted line: planning values) in line chart

An extended function / feature for dynamic shaping of lines would be great. This function would turn a solid line into a dashed line using an expression.

For this, the design option "line type" would have to be extended so that the style can be defined dynamically with an expression.

Thank you all for your feedback on ways to improve our product. While this is something we understand would be useful, it's not on the short-term roadmap. Please continue to show your support for this idea by commenting and liking.

Meanwhile, use two measures and with different line styles to go from solid to dashed.

In general, it would also be an idea to use a team for (fast) Quick Win developments. Many ideas require little effort to implement (from a developer's point of view) and create great value/comfort.
