Move the Menu option on Container object OR Move the Toggle Options

I have a container object with 5 different bar chart and have enabled the Menu option of the container object. (because the user wants to pick their desire chart directly from the drop down menu)

But, I have also enabled the Toggle options on the container object, so my user can view this in full screen as well.

So now, when a user takes the mouse near the 'Menu button' then the 'Toggle buttons' takes over the menu button!

Please come up with better UI/UX.

+1 for this correction. Containers need to have the ability to utilize the full screen functionality without having "Touch Screen Mode" off. The hover menus when the "Touch Screen Mode" is turned off also interferes with drop-down boxes and date/time pickers.
