App level access in SaaS

We have a user group who require access for specific applications with specific sheets. This would help in minimizing the number of managed spaces and also provide easy navigation for all users.

As sheet restriction is highly used among users, App level restriction is also a well wanted feature.

Have you considered Section Access to provide App Level access and control sheet visibility based on the data the user has access to?

You can now manage access at the App level: Simplify Enterprise Access Control and Sharing Ana... - Qlik Community - 1946962

No control over sheets within that though - although you can use the sheet visibility stuff that @DavidFosterVF mentioned.

App level access within a space in SaaS is now possible, sheet level visibility is possible via the data the user has access to. For improvements to the latter you can raise another ideation request
