Hello everyone,

Let's say we are in a managed space , Is it possible to make a user see only a specific app ?

I thought i see a release many months ago saying that we can make an app visible for a user who is not a part of a managed space.

But i'm not that sure of that ?

I know this option is available but i'd like to find something else as the company i work for already use that. So ideally i's like not to add another layer of code within the section access.

And my requirement is that i would like to HIDE/SHOW an app within a space.

I though there a qlik cloud feature which enables that

AFAIK, hide / show not available yet in qlik cloud. It might come in couple of releases

Ok thank you i'll do that.

I kind of found a workaroud by the way.

With the share option we can show an app to a user or a group of user. in that case the user will have access to the app in the particular space but he will not see the others existing apps.

Is that solution working ?

yes in this way you can achieve it, but if you have to do the same for multiple people & multiple dashboards then it is tedious work.

Hi @random_user_3869 ,

you can share apps to "groups", instead than sharing them to single users.

Currently, groups are only supported with Identity Providers, but we have an idea to implement them with QlikId as well
