Send to Excel in Cloud Distributed QlikView app

Hi I have a QlikView dashboard which we have selected to Cloud Distribute in QlikView QMC and it is appearing as expected in QlikCloud.

Within this dashboard, when we click Send to Excel on an object, an error is thrown.

"Something went wrong

An error occurred, unable to export data."

Should the export feature work on Cloud Distributed QlikView apps? Is there a setting which needs to change?

It should work, but we have noticed some possible issues, recently that we are investigating.
Please, open a support case, provide all the details and mention QB-27983, so we can investigate if it's the same Root Cause.
