I have a new issue in Qlik Cloud; the connection to SFTP hasn’t been working for me lately. I can see the folder with the files, but when I select one of the files, it says: "Cannot open file".

Hi @sagik , if you are not able to solved this using the link provided from @RamanaKumarChintalapati , you might need to open a support case for further investigation.
Does this affect all sort of files or only specific ones? And which format are they on? csv, xlsx, anything else?
