Email Provider in Qlik Cloud SaaS

Hi there,

we are currently configured with Microsoft 365 as the email provider as the email provider and when we try to use that in the automation its only allowing us to use the smtp but not the microsft 365 as the option.

and also we are unable to use the service account as a sender address in the microsoft 365 email provider setup,

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated to fix this issue?

Just tested this on my side and it seems like you need to 're-configure' the SMTP in the automations side.

I have SMTP set up (So not MS365) but I have the same issue.

Best guess would be that this is not possible "yet" so just reconfigure the SMTP in the automation.

Currently as per the organizational policy they suggested to use Microsoft 365 as email provider instead of smtp.
