Missing NTLM Authentication Option When Creating NPrinting Connection in Analytics Migration Tool

Hi everyone,

According to the official Qlik documentation (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/migration/Content/AnalyticsMigrationTool/Managing-Connections/Creating-Connections/Creating-a-Qlik-NPrinting-Connection.htm ), when creating a new connection to Qlik NPrinting via the Analytics Migration Tool, there should be an "Authentication type" field where NTLM is available as an option.

However, in my case, I only see API key as the available authentication method — there's no option to select NTLM.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a version-specific limitation or a configuration I need to adjust to enable NTLM authentication?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for pointing this out. Upon checking, we found that the documentation is not up to date, and we are updating the Help page.

Currently, only the JWT API is supported.
