I know these apps are not officially supported, but hopefully some bug fixes are done on occasion

in our QCG system, The reload analyzer sometimes shows reload tasks as supposedly disabled when they are enabled and working fine.

We have noticed this after there was a change to how the reloads work 3/31/2025 SAAS what's new: Self-Service Scheduling – Task Chaining & Multi-Task Support

App Analyzer > Schedules & Durations > Reload Schedule Details

often, we are seeing apps with reload schedules listed here in the analyzer app as disabled, but they are not disabled and have an active schedule working fine.

Is anyone else seeing this?

we are looking under the hood of the app to see if we can correct this, but it appears to be a possible problem with the new app schedule features in SAAS and QCG rolled out March / April of 2025

Can you add the screenshot of the deactivated schedule? What is the message saying?

Has this Task failed too many times in a row?

i think you may have misunderstood the post... The reload analyzer is showing some apps as having a disabled schedule, but when we investigate and look up the app, the reload schedule is in fact, not disabled and it is working fine. I suspect, the monitoring app is not handing the new reload features rolled out in SAAS / QCG not too long ago, and maybe that there are remnants of the old style still in the system

we have not had a chance to dig into this, but it is a frequent issue in the reload analyzer... I believe we are using v3.1.7

we are working on getting the new version installed. has anyone used this new version and seen that this issue (app analyzer says some app reload schedules are disabled when in fact they are not) has been fixed in it?

In a tenant that has history before the changes to app schedules rolled out near March/April 2025?

we are still facing this issue and still no one else has responded if they see the same
in reload analyzer, filter for managed space disabled reload schedules
can do this in failed reloads sheet.

then go to the catalog and look up that app, and review the schedule
here is the details of that for this example in our tenant

we are seeing this in many reload schedules, the reload analyzer is showing it DISABLED, when in fact it is enabled and working fine

is anyone else seeing this issue in their SAAS or QCG (qlik cloud government) tenants?
we are on QCG.

n our tenant, the reload analyzer shows 51 managed space apps with disabled reload schedules. when we check by hand, there are only 3. we cannot trust the reload analyzer to accurately tell us what items are disabled. a while back there was a big change to the UI around reload schedules. I wonder if this had something to do with this? Has anyone else faced this issue? can you check to see if you see this problem in your tenants?
