Hi, we have the following scenario:
a QSE installation with Cloud Distribution enabled that publish some app on a Qlik tenant Cloud.

For some application, with qvf size above 1,5 GB, we receive an error 403 due to a timeout of the process that is transferring the app. The same configuration works fine with smaller apps.

We increased the timeout of Cloud Distribution service as explaind here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-How-to-increase-the-App-Distribution-service-timeout/ta-p/1844096

but the cloud distribution still failed.
Anyone has some suggestion?

Hey @Uolter ,
How much time did you set on the configuration? If you try to upload the app from the Qlik Sense server (so, from the server you open a browser, navigate to the QMC and export the app with data, then navigate to Qlik Cloud and start uploading the app) how much time does the upload require?

Hi Riccardo,

we set 1200 sec (10 min) as timeout. but in the log we get an error after 600 sec (5Min). The load time from the browser is about 6-7 min.

Hey Uolter,
After a quick chat with the support, the maximum value of that parameter should be higher (65534 seconds). Since you shouldn't have reached that limit with 1200 seconds, and since the upload works fine from the browser, I would suggest opening a case to deep dive with the support.
