Hello,

One of our users receives the message "Server Communication Lost, closing document!" when try to do a "Refresh Object List" in the Connection Window. It appears when the NPrinting is opening the Qlikview file. She doesn't create the nsq file but, she has an active NPrinting license, a Qlikview License and is included in the security of the Qlikview dashboard. She can open this dashboard from the Access Point. Also, I'm not the creator of the nsq document, but i can do the Refresh Object List without problems.

Someone has an idea of what can be the cause?

Thanks in Advance. Regards.
