Excel chart postion not able to be fixed when positioned side by side with other table

Hi,

When I create an Excel template, it seems hard to control the starting position of the chart when I have another table placed side by side with this chart. The starting position varies so much if I just move the chart slightly up or down in the template. And it seems that it is impossible to have the chart line with certain row perfectly.

I tried to drag the individual fields, or use level, or the whole table for CH01. None of them worked. It seems the records in table CH01 pushe the cells down, which impacts the chart's position. How would I be able to solve the problem?

Thanks Daniel!

This selection works. I place the chart in the proper place where final report needs after the full table expands.

The chart stays in the right place now.
