Hi,

is it possible to cycle an NPrinting report dynamically? Each month I'm creating a set of reports based on a field. However, I don't want NPrinting to cycle through all values of the field. For instance, one time I need to create reports based on 10 out of 40 values, and another time based on 35 out of 40 values. Is it possible to configure NPrinting to appear a prompt when I run a report task, so I can choose the amount of values each time dynamically?

Many Thanks,

Paul

Hi Avinash,

thanks for your help. I know that it is possible to cycle reports in NPrinting, my question was if it is possible to filter the set of values in a field used to cycle the report.

Yes, you can but you need to handle this in QV, create a new field in QV with all the condition i.e. which are the values you need to filter , filter it in the QV and create a new field so that it will be used directly in NPrinting for cycle
