You will need to check the SMTP server logs to see why e-mails sent to addresses outside the domain are getting blocked. I suspect that you have some kind of rule that does the blocking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For testing I use &lt;A href="https://smtp4dev.codeplex.com/"&gt;Smtp4Dev&lt;/A&gt; that is an SMTP server that simulates the e-mail sending process.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Brooks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NPrinting simply sends e-mails to the SMTP server whose details you provide in &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;File &amp;gt; Options &amp;gt; E-mail settings&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You should get the required details from your SMTP server administrator - I don't think anyone outside your organization will be able to help with that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH - Daniel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is the SMTP server admin actually asking.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was only sending emails inside the domain but outside the domain they are getting blocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The email address setup for NPrint works to send emails outside the domain, but not when coming from inside NPrint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Emails being used inside NPrint will go outside the domain if using a different account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
