Specified On Demand Request not found

Hi All,

I am getting the error

Specified qlikview Nprinting file in On Demand Request not found:\\my network drive path

when trying to generate ppt report using nprinting.

I have full access to my network drive and the nsq file is also present in the location.

Hi Neha, have you tried the network access using the same user account that is running the NPrinting services?

Also, from this post (NPrinting Folder Structure | Qlik Community😞 "If you are using the Create folder if it does not exist option, make sure the Active User has the necessary privileges to create folders as well. You can log in as that user on the server machine to test."

I need to confirm one more thing id when i created new nsq i need to create new extension ?

Sorry, I'm far away from being an expert in NPrinting, did some test with On-Demand like a year ago and my test environment will need a fix before I can make this try.

I made a quick search in community, have you taken a look at this posts?:

I don't remember to have to change the extension for each nsq.
