Does anyone have any experience using Vormetric encryption together with QlikView and/or NPrinting?

When we migrate our QVW files from our Dev to UAT environments (both using Vormetric), the QVWs transfer just fine, but the NSQ files don't. They're stored in the same folder as each other. Anyone experience this before?
