I am using NP and i want to know if there any chance to export np users for one project to another?

NP Users - Do you mean Recipients?

If so,

Not sure whether this is the right approach,

If you are importing recipients for the current project (NSQ) from a dashboard then export the same recipients from dashboard and store it in a excel.

For your second project you can use the excel as a source for recipients.

I am not an expert yet, but I would do the following.

Make a copy of NSQ file that you want the recipient list.

Open the new NSQ file and change the connection. Your recipient list should already be there. Easy?
