Is it possible to change the normal plain Newsstand site to our own preferences with some HTML and CSS knowledge?

Yes, it is possible to customise Newsstand web portal using HTML and CSS knowledge, but for the purpose you need

some previliges from by the Qlik Tech,right now we have only authority to customize the Newsstand Webportal by following way:

I know this is possible. But i want to take it a step further. The Newsstand portal is pretty plain and boring.
