I don't think it because your connecting to qlik sense .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to NPrinting desktop and add a new connection and check whether your able to create it or not . If its success then in your Server their might be path not valid &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
