http: proxy error: context canceled ?

Dear community,

I see the follow errors in nprinting_webengine.log, (nprinting 18.0.4.0). I restarts the services but the error persists. Any idea why this happens?

proxy: 2018/04/30 16:18:44 reverseproxy.go:324: http: proxy error: context canceled

Hi Gustavo,

Do you use proxy in your company?

Can you switch it off on NPrinting server network settings or disable it for localhost there and NPrinitng server domain name and IP.

I lech, my NPrinting Server not use proxy settings (see the image). The only change I have made is to disable ssl so that nprinting operates only using http. I'm thinking that that could be related to the error but nprinting works well. This is just an error that I see in the log and I want to investigate how to solve it.

Right.

I do not know what this error means, but i think it would be worth to investigate this with Qlik support. This is unusual to have so frequent errors popping up.
