    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently having issues opening files in the template editor we're using the following config: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nprinting - version 16.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MS Office 2013 Professional Plus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens with all types of template we've tested word, excel, power point for new and existing templates. When we try to edit or create a new one in the template editor it just crashes straightaway and asks if we wish to send an error report. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what the issue is ? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sarah &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
