Problems with installation of PostgreSQL for Nprinting Repo

Hello,

I'm trying to install 17.3 but the installation of Nprinting Repo always fails and rolls back.

I had the support but we did not manage to fix it .. Maybe there are issue with rights on Program Files but that seems strange as I can install Qlik Sense server or any other tool with the same configuration on other servers.

In the log, the program seems to fail when configuring the postgreSQL server

Sorry to copy the log data in french but to translate, it succeeds in creating subfolders of C:/Program Files/NPrintingServer/data, it creates the database C:/Program Files/NPrintingServer/data/base/1, it inits the password but there is an error when doing the init of dependencies :

initialisation des dépendances... le processus fils a été terminé par l'exception 0xC000001D

Someone has already seen that ??

It is a VMWare server yes, but we only have Virtual Servers for everything...

How did you got the Hostname? Did you try with CMD->Hostname ?

hmmm why the hostname ?

The Qlik Nprinting 17.3 never asks me anything about hostname

Hi,

You must have entered Admin User credential when it must have asked you for domain.

Did you use a local user or a domain user?

Are you logged in as the NPrinting service account? We had problems with upgrading from 17.2.1 -> 17.3.0 when we tried with other accounts. The upgrade worked with the NPrinting service account.

Yes I have tried both the nprinting windows account and another account. But with the support we have removed everything from previous versions so it's like a full installation, not an upgrade. Still doesn't work.
