On Demand 'sorta' working

I have apps using the On Demand functionality to run reports in Web Mode on Qlikview.

However one particular app always gets as far as

Service 18/01/2017 11:52:24 Message QlikView NPrinting file opened: \\ad0016asha\d$\Nprinting Apps\LPI\LPI.nsq

Service 18/01/2017 11:52:24 Message Run Task: Region

And gets stuck at Run Task.

If I run the report manually using nPrinting, it works fine. It is just when i use the On Demand functionality that this occurs.

I am using nPrinting Desinger 16 SR5

i have the nsq loaded on the nPrinting Server.

It is only this one app.

Is there a reason why you are running a task instead of a report?

When I add a 'Report' On Demand button, i get the above error. Its still showing as Task.

As Stephen said , you must add a report in the TAG "Report settings"

the nsq is a nonsense for me
