      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since upgrading to Office 16, i get this error. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Application 15/06/2018&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 12:43:53 Error&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Error: Access violation at address 5EF684E5 in module 'OLMAPI32.DLL'. Read of address FFFFFFFF&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have also reinstalled both programmes twice and still no success. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a fix for this. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NPrinting 16.8 designer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outlook 2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vijay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
