QlikNPrintingMessagingService not getting Installed

Hi All,

I am performing a fresh installation of QlikNprinting 17.3. I have installed NPrinting server successfully without any error.

But after installing Server when checking for number of services, I am only able to find three services up and running and QlikNPrintingMessagingService is missing.

I reinstalled the complete server again, but the problem still exists.

Does anyone has any knowledge about this issue.

Please let me know if I am missing any settings.

Hi Akshay,

could you please try to perform another re-install? This time make sure to uninstall Erlang OTP program as well. Once you uninstalled everything please try to use the attached script (delete_erlang.bat) to completely purge Erlang from the system.

Once you did that please try to install everything again.
