I have a nprinting document which was working perfectly fine until lately getting the following error message

Message: Error: Access violation at address 0159D78D in module 'NPrintingSvc.exe'. Read of address 00000000

I have checked the qlikview isn't desktop edition on the nprinting server it is licensed

also when this document runs at 8am and 4pm no other documents are running.

I have tried saving it on nprinting server but still the same.

I have no security access on it.

I have attached bot log when it does work fine and a log when it doesn't. The error messages appears when filtering the data, can anyone help?
