      <title>Emails distribution stopped suddenly in NPrinting</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using NP 17.2.2.0 with qliksense 3.2, where we were able to send emails to recipients. But from yesterday NP stopped sending mails and shows below error in log.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Failed to send e-mail for bucket 2028c1a2-b6f7-4437-b788-b01f07543a18.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [NMVZGCA0022.dfgh11.dfg.outlook.com]&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In email setting i have below:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Adress: smtp.office365.com&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Port: 587&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;username: XXXXXXX&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;defaultsenderEmail: XXXXXX&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please guide me to solve this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

We ended up upgrading to the June17 release and it resolved our issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Tunde,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No charge to upgrade if you're already using nPrinting 17. Just go to the download portal (&lt;A href="http://us-b.demo.qlik.com/download/" title="http://us-b.demo.qlik.com/download/"&gt;Try or Buy&lt;/A&gt;) and download the latest version of nPrinting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing to note, if you're not on 17.2, you'll have to upgrade to that version first, then upgrade to the June 17 release.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
