Dynamic Year on Year % Growth

hi,

I have a data student count by year.

I'm showing in a bar chart the student count per year.

What we want to add is if it's possible to compute for each year, the %growth against last year and plot it as a line chart in the same graph. Can this be done on the fly without having to pre-calculate in the model, so the figures will be dynamic whatever the user chooses for the filter.
