Difference between excel and PDF output from the same template

I have schedule a table graph to be export in excel and PDF format, it is perfect in the excel file format, but in the PDF format the lable has changed size and disppeared 80%. Did I miss something in the setup or anything I can do to rectify this? thanks

Hi Bala,

This is not my issue. my issue is that it prints out perfectly in excel. but when print in PDF, the vertical label is not in the same place and actually cut off.

Hi Ronald.

XLS report in PDF is actual PRINT of your excel. so you need to setup printing in Page Layout for your excel.

This is not the same as save as PDF !!!

Hi Lech,

Yes, I set up the page layout in excel and the result looks as what I want (I actually print out the excel output) just the PDF output (or XLS report in PDF) is different (table ok but graph is out, only the axis lables)
