      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Try:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;0.- Make sure that the version number of the designer and the server are the same. See this in the control panel&amp;gt;programs in your machine and the server&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.- If it still does not work&amp;gt; Make sure you can connect to the server (check the firewall en your machine and the server): &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Ports.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Ports.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Check the ports with "nmap -P0 SERVERIP"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;2.- If it still does not work&amp;gt; Reboot your machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;3.- If it still does not work&amp;gt; Reboot the nprinting services in the server machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;4.- If it still does not work&amp;gt; Reboot the server machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Gustavo for all the tips,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ended up uninstalling Designer and installed Feb version and it worked. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
