Hello experts:

I'm facing the below error, when sending a preview of an Excel report:

The preview request failed with message: StartIndex cannot be less than zero.

Parameter name: startIndex

This is the scenario:

I have developed the report on NPrinting 16.6 (SR6)

I have followed the process to export and import to NPrinting November described on the help site

I'm using QlikView 11.2 SR 17

I have created a connection to the qvw, as local file, and everithing was ok.

When I try to get the preview, after a while, I get the above error.

If I create a report task, the report never shows up.

Any ideas?

I think I have found the problem:

The report is using a formula object, when I remove it, it worked fine.

I think that there is a issue or bug on November 2017 version of NPrinting. Could you guys confirm that please?

it is not bug i think,

you have to select the range properly then only it will work orelse it will give the same error.

What do you mean by "select the range properly" ? You mean in the Excel template ?
