    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using NPrinting 17.3.0.0.&amp;nbsp; I'm attempting to create an Excel report that pulls off of a Qlik Sense 3.1 SR1 system.&amp;nbsp; When I click the "Edit Template" button, it asks me to sign in.&amp;nbsp; I've never seen this before, and I'm already in the system authenticated as an administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried using my email that appears in the top right-hand corner, and my Active Directory password, but no dice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="187041" alt="NPrintingDesignerSignIn.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/187041_NPrintingDesignerSignIn.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I think I've fixed the problem.&amp;nbsp; Long story short, I RDP'ed into the machine as "domain\mynameAD" (administrator on the box), but my NPrinting credentials were "domain\myname" (my peasant/Clark Kent account).&amp;nbsp; So I guess somewhere along the way, when it goes to start up the NPrinting Designer, the AD contexts get messed up and it will harass you and ask you to reauthenticate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
