NPrinting 17.3.0.0 - Edit Template asks for Sign-In

Hello Folks,

I'm using NPrinting 17.3.0.0. I'm attempting to create an Excel report that pulls off of a Qlik Sense 3.1 SR1 system. When I click the "Edit Template" button, it asks me to sign in. I've never seen this before, and I'm already in the system authenticated as an administrator.

I've tried using my email that appears in the top right-hand corner, and my Active Directory password, but no dice.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

So, I think I've fixed the problem. Long story short, I RDP'ed into the machine as "domain\mynameAD" (administrator on the box), but my NPrinting credentials were "domain\myname" (my peasant/Clark Kent account). So I guess somewhere along the way, when it goes to start up the NPrinting Designer, the AD contexts get messed up and it will harass you and ask you to reauthenticate.
