      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone ever received the following error message when trying to preview a report in NPrinting:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Capture.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/176605_Capture.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, what did you do to fix the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using NPrinting 17.3, the .qvw file that is linked to this app is 82k and we have one filter on the current year.&amp;nbsp; I wouldn't think we should be getting a time out error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any information would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just checked another Excel based report that uses the same App.&amp;nbsp; Again it is pretty simple and it took 4 minutes but the preview actually opened.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure how to tell if the engine is online but I'm assuming it is since I was able to preview the Excel report.&amp;nbsp; I'm also not sure how to go about checking the logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
