      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Expert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using Qlikview 12 and Nprinting 17.3, after I've to upgrade QVServer and Nprinting licenses yesterday, i noticed when I run a task in Nprinting, it show message failed. and i try to reload metada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;cache status shows connection errors like below&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="error.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/177813_error.PNG" style="height: 226px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;so anyone suggesting me to solve this issue by proper steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/qlik-users/187194"&gt;djk&lt;/A&gt;‌&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i think no need to upgrade,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to recreate the connection,and&amp;nbsp; reload metadata ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and restart the services and server once and see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
