QlikView on-demand report generation aborted

Hi guys,

we want to create nprinting on-demand reports for a qlikview application. Connection and metadata generation worked fine, the preview for a single image report was correctly built from the designer. But when I try to generate the report from the accesspoint I receive error with generation aborted. The error in NPrinting log is

The qlikview document has no bookmark, so I cannot figure out what this error does mean.

We are using QlikView November 2017 SR1 and NPrinting February 2018.

Any advice?

Closing this thread, I opened a ticket to qlik support and it turned out that the error was due not to a ghost bookmark but to the path of the qlikview document that included two subfolders under the root document folder.

Strange but moving the qlikview document to the root folder resolved the issue, the on demand report was generated
