    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Qlik NPrinting user (the one you use to log into Qlik NPrinting), the user who runs the Windows services and the user in the connection are 3 different users (or could be 3 different, you can insert your domain user in the connection for example).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user who log into Qlik NPrinting doesn't need to be RootAdmin in Qlik Sense because when you edit a template the Designer uses the data in the cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Ruggero&lt;BR /&gt;---------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;When applicable please mark the appropriate replies as CORRECT &lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-14806" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-14806&lt;/A&gt;.       <title>Cache Status error  17.6</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi experts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on November 2017 version and it is my first time creating a Nprinting on cloud. (qlik sense)&amp;nbsp;Qlik sense is the April 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created an app and then a connection. when I "run verification", the connection status was successful,&amp;nbsp;the cache status was error.&amp;nbsp;when i reload metadata, the connection status becomes failed and&amp;nbsp;the cache status is error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other connections are fine and&amp;nbsp;i reloaded some of them, they can be regenerated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to see the admin tab though. Do I not have enough access to do it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;of the two users mentioned:the user who runs the Windows services and the user in the connection&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do you identify them in NPrinting?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Who is the user in "Identity " box when creating connection?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am sure the uses runs windows services is root admin as there were some connection created already.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
