verify filter

hi all,

in my report i have 3 objects

recipient filter is branch no# and ticked verify filter

in every object the branch no# exist it is working fine , but if branch no# not exists in the object he receives all the data .

any ideas ?

Is the object that doesn't show the branch# sourced from a 2nd (different ) connection ? Filters are connection specific.

Filters are connection specific

object dose not show the branch - i.e

the expression is sum (amount) and the branch has no amount

If you open the source dashboard in qlik and filter on the same branch number in the UI, does the object filter correctly ? And if you export as image or data , from the UI is it still filtered ? NP does the same programmatically .

Hi,

Please remember to always specify the version of Qlik NPrinting you are using. For people that know it it is clear that you are on 16.* but it is not for other readers of the conversation.

If you see all data in the report in case of empty selection with verify filter activated it means that you have an issue in the filter, so check that verify filter is flagged on all filtered fields. Sharing some screenshots could be useful to understand.

in the source document it is working correctly -
object shows no dimension and 0 as total amount

Can you send a screenshot of the object in the source document before / after applying the same filter ?

also please include the expression used for the dimension (if calculated) and the expressions used for the measures.

applied verify on all report filters. fixed the issue
