NPrinting 18 - send email when Publish Task completes

I have a report and associated Publish Task that gets generated for our clients where I am using NP filters to ensure that each client (hence each NP user) only gets their data (NP's way to implement section access, basically). My QV app of course has all of these clients in the data model. If my own user name is not part of the data model, is there a way I can still get an email from NP to tell me that this Publish Task completed? OR do I have to add myself as if I were a client, even if just a dummy data row or report, in order to get the email notification? Thanks.

Either add yourself as a recipient or you can use a QLIK app to trigger the publish task, and have it trigger another task that tells you if it worked or not. The latter is more advanced but ultimately adds some flexibility
