&lt;P&gt;Please always specify the version of Qlik NPrinting you are using and post a screenshot of the template. For example it is not clear if you dragged and dropped a QlikView pivot table as a single tag in Excel or you rebuild it by using Excel pivot features.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the second case you can use Excel pivot tables native formatting features. Refer to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
