I am using Nprinting Nov 2017 and Qlik Sense 2018 April

I created 2 reports in Nprinting.

However, when I was in the nprinting extension on the sense dashboard, I am only able to see one report and the other one is missing. the one i can see is pixelperfect, the other one is excel format.

why is that?

Did you turn on OnDemand & API function for both reports when you created them in NPrinting. Reports will not apear automaticly. You need to set it up in report settings in NPrinting.

Since you have not assured us that it was done for both reports i assumed you could missed this one checkbox in Excel report settings.
