NPrinting Error: Lucida Sans font cannot be embedded

All:
Having huge issues. New to NPrinting (we're still on 16.x) and trying to run a report that outputs a series of pdfs.

It looks like everything cycles through properly, but then get tagged with this and there's no output that I can find.

Critical reports that need to go out this week - anyone have any ideas? THANKS!!!

Hi,

I can reproduce this when using font Lucida Sans. I find that this font is marked as non-embeddable. Why not replace it with something like Lucida Sans Unicode wherever it's used in your report?

Oh my...this is completely a "missed the forest for all the trees in the way" moment.

There was one label, buried deeply, that I hadn't caught. Good grief.

Lucida Sans Unicode it is!
