&lt;P&gt;Please always specify the version of the softwares you are using, if you are connecting to Qlik Sense or QlikView and the type of report you are editing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are working on an Excel template the best solution is to re-create the pivot table as explained in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel.htm&lt;/A&gt;. In this case you will be sure that all data will be included.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to export the object as image you need to edit the source document in order to remove the scroll bars.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in my report i embed a large pivot table ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. in the message received there is a scroll is there a setting to fully expand this object to eliminate the scroll ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. in the end of the object there is&amp;nbsp;empty area without any data a of the pivot,&amp;nbsp; is there a way to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;eliminate&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;surplus ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;advanced thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
