Linking QV Section Access to NPrinting

Hi Folks

I have a QV Dashboard that has 2000+ users, those users can be restricted by Field 1, Field 2 or will have access to all data in the dashboard.

My question is, how do I link the section access data directly to NPrinting?

I create a copy of the report with all data.

I create a copy of the report split by field 1.

I create a copy of the report split by field 2.

How do I make sure that the correct users have access to the correct reports, and make sure that this is dynamically looked after for the future (i.e. that when section access changes, so does the permissions & access in NPrinting.

Hi,

What version of NPrinting are you using?

If it's v17 * then you have a check box when you create you Connection. The checkbox is call Apply user section access for reports. This will ensure each user(s) have access to the data they're granted access to.
