The scheduler service can crash if the RAM capacity on the NPrinting Engine/Scheduler service has been max out.

On more rare occasions, it may also stop if there are communication issues between the NP server/engine and the Qlik Sense server/engine. Make sure that your Qlik Sense services are fully operation. It may be a good time to reboot your NP and QS servers to mitigate windows memory leak issues.

If the issue persists and it's not one of the above reasons, I recommend that you start a support case with your support partner so that a more detailed investigation can be performed.

Hello Folks,

Has anyone ever had an issue whereby the NPrinting Scheduler just stops? Yesterday, my scheduler was chugging along sending out reports. But this morning when I came in, I noticed the morning reports hadn't been sent out and that the QlikNPrintingScheduler service in the Services tab of the Task Manager had been Stopped.

This has happened to my system about 2 or 3 times before.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
